Money questions.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. Free covers up to 2 pets with every core record type, the Today checklist, the sitter card and printing. No card is needed to sign up.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?
Same features — yearly is just cheaper. Plus is $4/month or $3/month billed yearly ($36); Family is $7/month or $5/month billed yearly ($60).
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or change plans from Settings → Plan & billing in the app at any time.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Plan & billing whenever you like. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your records aren't deleted.
What happens to my extra pets if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. Free is limited to 2 pets, so you won't be able to add more until you're within the limit or upgrade again.
How much storage do documents get?
100 MB on Free, 5 GB on Plus and 20 GB on Family. Each file can be up to 15 MB.
Who needs to pay on the Family plan?
Only the account owner. Up to 5 co-carers per pet can join for free with their own login.
